What if I want a treatment that's above my membership value?
You're welcome to upgrade your treatment at any time by simply paying the difference on the day. This allows you to access more advanced treatments while still enjoying the benefits of your membership.
Do I receive the same treatment every month?
Not necessarily. Your skin changes with the seasons, lifestyle and internal factors, so your treatments are thoughtfully prescribed to support what your skin needs at each appointment.
Can I change my membership tier?
Yes. If your skin goals change or you're ready to progress to a different level of care, we'll help you move to the membership that best supports your journey after the initial membership period ends.
Is there a minimum membership commitment?
Our memberships are designed to support long-term skin health. Full membership terms, including any minimum commitment period, will be provided when you join.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please provide a minimum of 48-hours notice.
Do unused treatments roll over?
Membership inclusions are designed to be enjoyed each month as part of a consistent treatment plan. Any unredeemed treatments in membership period will not be extended beyond membership expiration date.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
If you need to pause your membership due to travel or other circumstances, please speak with our team. Due to the nature of our short term memberships, cancellations are not valid.
