Purified Wellness Flagship is located at 8 Chatham Street, Prahran, 3181, in the heart of Melbourne's inner south-east. Our flagship clinic offers a calm, thoughtfully designed environment dedicated to long-term skin health and wellbeing.
Is parking available?
Yes. 2-hour and 1-hour street parking is available throughout the surrounding area, with additional parking located at Prahran Square Car Park, 30-40 Izett Street. Please refer to hourly rates online via www.prahransquare.com.au/visit/getting-here/parking/
How do I prepare for my first appointment?
If you're visiting us for the first time, we recommend arriving a 15 minutes early so you can settle into your experience. Where possible, arrive with clean skin and bring along any relevant information about your current skincare routine, treatments or medications. Your skin expert will guide you through everything during your consultation.
What should I bring to my Skin Mapping consultation?
Bring a list of the skincare products you are currently using, along with any relevant medical information or medications that may affect your skin. We'll also discuss your lifestyle, skin concerns and goals so we can prescribe the most appropriate treatment journey for you.
How do I book my first appointment?
Appointments can be reserved online at any time through our booking system. If you're unsure where to begin, our team is happy to help guide you towards the most appropriate consultation or ritual.
Can I purchase gift vouchers?
Yes. Gift vouchers are available to purchase online and make a thoughtful gift for someone beginning or continuing their skin and wellness journey.
What if I'm running late?
If you're running behind, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to accommodate your appointment, however, arriving late may reduce your treatment time to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. If you need to change your appointment, please provide 48-hours nptice to avoid a cancellation fee. We'll do our best to find another suitable time for your visit. Please note that changes and cancellations are subject to our booking policy.
