- Purified Wellness Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable or transferable.
- Purified Wellness Gift Vouchers can be redeemed towards any Purified Wellness Flagship service or product.
- Purified Wellness Gift Vouchers can be topped up in value at anytime within it's validity period.
- Expired gift vouchers do not retain any value. After the expiration date has passed, the card will no longer be valid and the remaining balance will be forfeited.
- Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed towards any other promotional offer/s, memberships or courses at Purified Wellness Flagship.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for any legal tender (cash, EFTPOS, credit card or Purified Wellness Flagship Voucher).
- Gift Voucher bookings require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice in advance of your appointment time to cancel and/or reschedule your booking.
- If cancellation or reschedule request is made within the 48 hours notice period a 50% cancellation fee is deducted from the total gift voucher amount.
- No-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

- Promotional Gift Experience Vouchers can be redeemed towards any Purified Wellness Flagship service or product.
- The Promotional Gift Experience Voucher has had a bonus value added onto the Promotional Gift Voucher after purchase.
- Promotional Gift Experience Vouchers have an expiry date of 4 months from the date of purchase.
- The Gift Experience Promotional Voucher is non-refundable or transferable.
- The Gift Experience Promotional Voucher cannot be redeemed towards any other promotional offer/s and cannot be combined with another Botanica Gift Voucher.
